For educators
TeenWell is a curated index, not a curriculum vendor. Everything below links to material published by 36 established health organizations. You're pointing students at Nemours, the CDC, and Planned Parenthood, not at us.
What this is
- · A searchable index of 128 vetted resources
- · 25 lessons across 6 tracks, usable in any order
- · Every link fetched and verified before publication
- · No ads, no accounts, no tracking of any kind
What this isn't
- · Not a medical provider or crisis service
- · Not a publisher: apart from our own slide decks, every word is a source's
- · Not monitored; nobody sees what a student searches
- · Not a substitute for a school counselor or nurse
Before you assign this
Several lessons cover suicide, self-harm, eating disorders, and sexual violence. Those pages lead with crisis lines rather than reading, and search shows a help card whenever a query suggests someone is struggling. Even so, a student may surface difficult material in class. Worth knowing which lessons those are (marked below) and having your school's support process ready.
Note also that we deliberately cannot tell you what students searched. That's a feature for them and a limitation for you.
